Starting a race session
Open the live race screen, choose a pacing rule (steady, surge-on-fatigue, or heart-rate adaptive), then choose a race target and split count. Tap Start to begin. Use Split during the run to log segments; tap Save when finished to store the result locally.
Location and heart rate
GPS distance needs Location While Using the App. Heart rate is optional: enable it from integrated settings only if you want heart-rate adaptive pacing. You can revoke either permission in iOS Settings at any time.
Saved sessions and deletion
Results stay on your device. Open saved sessions from the chevron on the live race screen. Swipe to delete a session you no longer need. Deleting the app generally removes local session data.
Continuing from a prior run
After saving, use Start Next From This Baseline on the result screen to carry the prior gap and settings into your next training simulation.
What this app is not
Fast Chicken Run 2 does not provide medical advice, coached training plans from a human, or official race timing. Readiness scores and gaps are simulation outputs for training focus, not guarantees for race day.
